We are happy to announce that the Mudita Foundation has officially launched a new international project – Wellness Navigators, focused on supporting young people’s mental health and emotional well-being. The project is implemented in cooperation with partner organisations from Spain and Italy, and its launch was marked by the first project meetings.

Wellness Navigators responds to the growing challenges faced by young people today, such as stress, anxiety, social pressure, and information overload. The project aims to strengthen the competencies of youth workers and educators, enabling them to create safe, empathetic learning environments and to address mental health topics with greater confidence and sensitivity.

In the coming weeks, we will announce an open call for a focus group of young people aged 18–25, who will have the opportunity to actively shape the project outcomes and gain insight into international Erasmus+ projects.

The Wellness Navigators project is funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ Programme, under the Small-scale Partnerships action, which supports cooperation, innovation, and capacity building among youth organisations across Europe.
