We are happy to share that another international project of the Mudita Foundation is already underway! The project has recently launched, the first partner meetings have taken place, and teams from Belgium, Italy, Spain, and Poland are actively working on developing the project outcomes.

The aim of the project is to create innovative educational methods and tools that support young people in building deeper connections with themselves, with others, and with the natural environment.

What do we want to achieve?

The project responds to real challenges in current education and youth work. Its key goals include:

reconnecting young people with nature,
strengthening social and emotional competencies,
developing self-awareness and reflective skills,
creating a holistic model of development that integrates emotional, social, and cognitive dimensions,
using evidence-based approaches,
designing innovative and engaging educational tools.

How do we work?

The project is implemented in stages and combines conceptual work with hands-on practice:

  • research and methodology development,
  • creation of educational tools – including a card game and a training programme,
  • training for youth workers,
  • local workshops with young people and their communities,
  • testing and refining the tools in practice,
  • wide dissemination of results through a website, videos, events, and online activities.

Project outcomes

The project will deliver two key results:

a card game supporting the development of emotional intelligence, conflict resolution skills, and community building,
a training programme for youth workers (manual and toolkit) integrating Nonviolent Communication, the New Authority approach, and nature-based education.

Project partners

The project is implemented in cooperation with inspiring organisations from across Europe:

Through international cooperation, we combine diverse experiences, perspectives, and approaches to create solutions with real value for educational practice.

Project funding

The project is implemented with the support of the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, within a Cooperation Partnership. This funding enables international collaboration, the development of innovative educational methodologies, and the creation of tools that enhance the quality of youth work across Europe.
