Make decisions with greater confidence and peace of mind

30 November 2026 | 16:00–18:00 | Warsaw, Praga-Północ

Free participation | Only 15 places available

Does this sound familiar?

  • You’re facing an important decision and don’t know which path to take.
  • You keep analysing different options but still feel stuck at square one.
  • You feel pressured to do something you don’t really want to do.
  • You feel that every decision means giving up something important.

You try to approach the situation logically, make lists of pros and cons, ask people close to you for advice, listen to your intuition… and yet making a decision still feels difficult.

What if you could look at your dilemma from a different perspective?

We invite you to a practical decision-making workshop, where you will discover the Evaporating Cloud method (TOC) — a tool based on the Theory of Constraints that helps us explore dilemmas and conflicts in a structured way.

By combining logical thinking with awareness of our needs and values, we will look for new perspectives and possibilities that may have previously gone unnoticed.

It’s not about finding the “perfect” decision, but about making choices with greater awareness, clarity, and peace of mind.

What will you gain from the workshop?

You will discover a practical tool that can help you better understand what lies behind difficult choices, make sense of conflicting needs, and explore solutions that honour what truly matters to you.

You will learn how to:

  • Clarify your dilemma – understand what makes a decision difficult and what lies behind seemingly conflicting options.
  • Identify your needs and values – recognise what truly matters to you and what you are trying to protect.
  • Explore limiting beliefs – identify and question assumptions that may prevent you from seeing new possibilities.
  • Find win-win solutions – consider different needs and perspectives instead of assuming that every choice requires sacrificing something important.
  • Make more conscious decisions – combine logical analysis with empathy and trust in yourself.

This is a hands-on workshop, not a lecture.

You will have the opportunity to practise the Evaporating Cloud method using real-life examples and apply it to explore a dilemma of your own.

You will leave with a practical tool that you can continue using whenever you face difficult decisions in the future.

Workshops will be in Polish

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for you if:

  • you are facing an important life decision and find it difficult to choose which direction to take;
  • you keep postponing a decision because you are afraid of its consequences;
  • you experience an inner conflict between what you want, what seems reasonable, and what others expect of you;
  • you feel stuck and would like to see your situation from a different perspective;
  • you are looking for a practical tool that can support you in making future decisions.

No previous experience or knowledge of the Theory of Constraints is required. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to explore your choices.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Ewa Kula-Pankau

Ewa helps people make better-informed decisions and solve complex problems, both in their personal and professional lives.

She is a Theory of Constraints (TOC) trainer, NVC mediator, and practitioner with nearly 20 years of management experience.

In her work, she combines logical thinking tools with empathy, helping people approach difficult decisions not only in terms of what seems most beneficial or practical, but also in terms of what truly matters to them.

She supports individuals and organisations across the private, public, and NGO sectors.

“I know what it feels like to be stuck between conflicting choices. For years, I struggled with decisions in which my emotions seemed to clash with reason. Lists of pros and cons brought no relief, and postponing decisions cost me both peace of mind and valuable time.

The turning point for me was discovering how to combine empathy with the logical thinking tools of the Theory of Constraints. Today, I use these tools to identify what really lies behind a dilemma more quickly and to discover solutions that previously seemed invisible. This is the approach I now share with others.”
