Discover what your emotions are trying to tell you!

Anger, joy, fear, sadness, curiosity… You know them all. But do you always understand where they come from and what they are trying to tell you?

Every emotion carries valuable information about ourselves, our needs, and our relationships with the world. What if, instead of suppressing, judging, or trying to control our emotions, we learned to work with them?

During the Power + Me = eMOTION workshop, we will explore emotions from the perspectives of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and neuroscience, discovering the eight emotional systems described by Jaak Panksepp.

Through experiential activities, movement, conversation, and reflection, we will explore where emotions come from, how they influence our choices, and what helps us regain balance during challenging moments.

This workshop offers a space to deepen self-understanding, strengthen connections with others, and discover that emotions hold energy that can support us, protect us, and guide us towards what truly matters to us.

Because emotions have power. And you have the power to choose what you do with that energy.

Workshops will be in Polish

What will you discover during the workshop?

Emotions – what are they trying to tell you?

You will explore different emotions and discover the roles they play in our lives. You will learn how emotions can provide valuable information about our needs, values, and what matters most to us.

What happens in your brain when you feel?

You will discover the eight emotional systems described by neuroscientist Jaak Panksepp. We will explore how emotions influence our reactions, behaviours, relationships, and decision-making.

How can you navigate intense emotions?

You will experience practical ways to pause, recognise your emotions, and regain balance during challenging moments. You will explore what can help you respond with greater awareness rather than reacting automatically.

How can you harness the power of emotions?

You will discover that even emotions that feel difficult or uncomfortable can carry valuable information. You will explore how to use this awareness to better understand yourself, care for your boundaries, and build more conscious relationships.
