We invite you to an open workshop “Empathy in Action” designed for people working with others, especially with children and young people – teachers, instructors, facilitators, therapists, educators, and trainers.

During the session, participants will:

  • Get acquainted with the basics of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) – an approach that supports empathic listening, clear expression of needs, and building understanding in challenging communication situations.
  • Practice self-regulation techniques that help reduce stress, restore calm, and regain emotional balance.
  • Take part in interactive exercises (individual, pair, and group activities) that enable practical application of the methods discussed.

The workshop is practical and integrative in nature. Its aim is to strengthen communication skills, increase resilience to stress, and support the well-being of people engaged in working with others.
